If your referral leads to a successful sale engagement, we strive to provide a referral fee of up to 10% of our success fee, when allowable by law and by the terms of our engagement. Some deals may be ineligible for payment (e.g., due to franchise or regulatory constraints), but we will always do our best to honor your trust.
